What Our Clients Tell Us

Most reviews mention the same handful of things: clear communication, realistic timeframes, and a finished structure that matches what was actually discussed at the start. Clients who commissioned a bespoke timber building often mention that the design process helped narrow things down through proper conversation, while others note how little maintenance the frame has required once they’ve lived with it through a full winter.

Reviews from clients who chose off-grid timber cabins tend to be the most detailed, usually covering solar capacity, water storage, and access, while feedback on tree houses often comes as a surprise at how structurally serious the process turned out to be. Garden rooms and larger timber framed buildings alike, being some of our most common commissions, make up a large share too, generally focused on day-to-day usefulness rather than drama.
