A compact high quality timber cabin built to domestic standards and falling within the definition of a caravan for planning purposes. The cabin sits on lightweight groundscrew foundations which require minimal ground preparation and at 7m x 3m is capable of being transported by lorry. Exterior: Larch cladding and black wrinkly tin cladding. Interior: Douglas Fir frame and fire treated OSB3 wall finish, Birch ply and black tin kitchen, full bathroom and shower, hard wearing Marmoleum floor. Fully inslated with double glazed Rationel units.
