If you’d rather put things in writing first, a short description of your site and a few photographs give us enough to form an initial view, which is particularly useful for anyone considering an off-grid timber cabin, since access and services shape the design early on.

From there, we’ll usually arrange a site visit, be it a garden earmarked for a tree house or a larger plot for something bigger, before moving into design conversations covering layout and materials, and deciding whether oak framing is the right fit.
